EnerNOC, Inc. Announces Pricing of Public Offering

Underwritten public offering of 2,500,000 shares at $43.00 per share
BOSTON, MA, (November 14, 2007) — EnerNOC, Inc. (NASDAQ: ENOC) announced today that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 2,500,000 shares of its common stock at an offering price of $43.00 per share. The offering includes 500,000 shares offered by EnerNOC and 2,000,000 shares offered by certain selling stockholders. EnerNOC and the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters an over-allotment option to purchase up to an aggregate of 375,000 additional shares. Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC is leading the underwriting syndicate for the offering. Morgan Stanley & Co. Incorporated is serving as Joint-Lead Manager and the other co-managing underwriters are Canaccord Adams Inc., Jefferies & Company, Inc., and Pacific Growth Equities, LLC.
